Unable to unlock 1Password using either Touch ID or Apple Watch

Both Touch ID and Apple Watch were working. Now Tough ID is checked in Settings/Security but does not work. Option to use Apple Watch is not showing at all. Only change I can think of was I cha...

Hello @CSunshine! 👋

I'm sorry that Touch ID and Apple Watch unlock are both not working on your Mac. Is the issue only happening with 1Password? Are you still able to unlock the Mac itself using both Touch ID and your Apple Watch?

Can you try restarting your Mac to see if that makes a difference? I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
