Unacceptable Outage Behavior - Unable to update/change password.

You are doing maintenance, fine - but the Windows app & Chrome plugin cannot be crippled. I am being forced to change/update a password on a website, I can't generate a password and save it because its "offline". This is ridiculous behavior, it should save locally, and sync when re-connected.

    This is how 1Password for Windows should work and you may be experiencing an issue the app being unable to connect. Are you seeing a red offline indicator in the 1Password for Windows app? If so, are there any messages associated with it when you hover over it?
