W11 - 22H2 - Upgrade / Install 1PASS fail

Generally the PermissionDenied error means, well, pretty much what it sounds like: that something on the system has denied 1Password the permission it needs to move its files around and complete the upgrade. This could be a security app (like antivirus or an endpoint security solution), and sometimes it may be because of security settings in the OS itself.

In any case, it's great to hear that things are now working properly - although we wouldn't generally recommend copying your 1Password folder from one device to another. In case it's helpful, I'd recommend adding 1Password to your AV apps' allow list, rebooting the device, and trying the update again.
