Watch complication no longer working

Hi, after updating the iOS app to 8.10.56, the Apple Watch complication does no longer work. Previously I added an OTP item and this was displayed as expected. Now, I only see 6 dashes (middle left...

With 8.10.56 (81056022) it kinda got better, i.e. 2FA codes are displayed again, but they tend to stop working, i.e. they are not refreshing.
