Watch complication no longer working

Hi, after updating the iOS app to 8.10.56, the Apple Watch complication does no longer work. Previously I added an OTP item and this was displayed as expected. Now, I only see 6 dashes (middle left...

while trying this, I saw that there were no items in the 1P app on the Apple Watch, although they were added in the 1P iPhone app and I hadn't changed anything.
Only after opening the 1P app on the iPhone, the items were visible again. Maybe this is the reason the watch face isn't working.
Anyways, after the procedure you mentioned, the complication is working again. (Although I have doubts this will be a permanent solution ;) )
