Watchtower is blank on iPhone
On iPhone watchtower is blank works fine on iPad and mac. Use 1Password on all machines

Are you using the beta version of 1Password 8 on the phone? I believe this may be the case. Please try giving the device a restart. Also, you can try switching to a collection and back again to all Items. Does that help?
Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
