"We weren't able to save your document"
I'm getting this message everytime I start 1Password and it won't go away even after several restarts.
I have not (knowingly) dragged anything anywhere so have no clue how to address this.
Can anyone advise?

I'm happy that the steps helped. Yours is only the second report that I've seen of this behaviour and I'm still trying to reproduce it on a test device here on my end. If the issue does occur again then let me know and we can dig deeper. 🙂

Hello JamesHenderson! 👋
I'm sorry that you're seeing an unexpected message appear when opening 1Password. As a first step, can you please try the following steps:
- Right-click on the 1Password icon at the top of your Mac's screen and then click Quit. Wait until the icon disappears.
- Double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder.
Do you still see the error message when 1Password opens? If you do then are you able to dismiss it by clicking OK? Can you tell me which version of 1Password you're running by clicking 1Password > About 1Password from menu bar?
I look forward to hearing from you.
