Hello, Gilles. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry for the trouble.

How often do you clear Safari's history/cache? Are all cookies blocked in Safari's settings or through a third-party app?

For some context, in Safari, the indexed database data of 1Password for Safari, which contains all the settings and processes to establish 1Password's functionality, will also be wiped out when Safari clears cache/history.

I do clear cache but rarely, and it is not related to the appearance of the Window in Safari
    I never clear Safari's history

and as a matter of fact, I received the email to view your posting and click on view to open to 1Password forum page and that bothering 1password for safari webpage appeared

why would the extension in Safari quit or Needed to restart, this is new and useless, if the extension does not work I will reinstall it period.
