Thank you for the reply. I don't have access to your license information here on the public forums but I'll help as much as I can. You mentioned using "Extension Version: 2.9.0" in your initial post, this is our modern extension that only works with 1Password accounts and not older standalone vaults.

The old classic extension is no longer available for download. We’ve held on to the classic extension for as long as possible, but it was built on older technologies and will not be compatible with future updates to web browsers. The future for 1Password in the browser is our modern extension.

When I bought the 1P7 license, you didn't tell me that I can't browser extension in a few years, I just want my 1P7 to be able to use the browser extension.

1Password 7 is no longer supported. It sounds like you may be using a standalone version of 1Password that you had purchased. If so, you can contact support+forum@1password.com and include a link to this thread. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. We can then assist you with upgrading to 1Password 8 via email and close this thread so we're not having the same conversation in two different places. 🙂
