Windows 10 Install Fails to Start

I uninstalled 1Password because my temp passwords weren't working (they work from my iPhone, but not Windows). So I figured I'd just start over on the PC. I downloaded the most recent version (7.7.818), and when I click the install it asked "Do you want to install 1Password?". I click "yes" and then nothing happens. I've run it as admin, I've also checked the task bar and there's nothing there.
