Windows Hello Pin not working

I have been using a Windows Hello PIN to unlock 1Password for a long time, but recently it no longer works; it says the PIN is incorrect.  The PIN is correct because I can unlock my PC with it; the error occurs only with 1Password. I verified that the caps lock is not on.

    Same for me, PIN code field can not be typed when using Windows Hello, since Jan this year

      Hi iog42​, welcome to the Community!

      It sounds as if you might be running into a previous known issue that caused keyboard input disruption when unlocking 1Password from the browser extension with Windows Hello. 

      This issue has since been fixed. Could you open the 1Password desktop app, navigate to Settings > About, and click to Check for Updates? Once you're able to update to version 8.12.1, test things out again, and let me know if the issue persists.

    I too am having this issue. The PIN prompt appears, but I cannot type the PIN. It does not work with they keypad or the regular numbers.
