Hi, i have tried email, chatbot, raising support tickets and even phone call to your Toronto office but have NOT gotten any support as a Business user for 2 days. It's kind of embarrassing for you that I have to post on a community channel and share confidential details in hopes of getting support. Here are the relevant tickets: pls review them. I will not post info here. DWI-74496-584 UKM-44497-99613Views0likes2CommentsCisco Secure Mail (formerly CRES)
Apologies if this has been answered already... We receive emails from multiple organizations utilizing Cisco Secure Mail. The system sends an HTML attachment which opens a local webpage - something like the below. Somehow through Cisco black magic, the password is tied to the recipient email address. Our issue is that we are receiving these types of emails to multiple email accounts from multiple organizations. Is there a way to leverage 1Password to fill this local "webpage"? The only way I have thought of is creating multiple copies of the same password saved with the login name/title including the recipient email address and the originating org name. (Which defeats the purpose of using 1Password). I see the SSO option but have no idea if this would work. the number of originating organizations is around 7-10. Number of emails addresses is about 3-5 file:///C:/Users/USERNAMEHERE/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/R4B61HUE/securedoc_20251112T155418.html6Views0likes0CommentsHELP! Some of our team member cant access the app within the vault.
I need some help. I’m the admin and password manager, and some team members can’t access the platforms in the vault I shared with them. A few users can log in without issues, but others are getting “incorrect password” errors even though the credentials are correct. I can log in fine on my end, so I’m not sure where the issue is. Because they needed urgent access, we had to share the passwords manually, which defeats the purpose of the vault. I’d really appreciate your help resolving this.11Views0likes1CommentLocked out by MFA malfunction
Hey guys, I got a huge problem here. I created a new business account for another organization and at the moment my user is the only owner/administrator in this account. Today I noticed a problem with my MFA configuration because I had different codes created on my smartphone and notebook based on a system time difference by about 1 min. So I decided to correct the time on my notebook, that woth, smartphone and notebook have the exact same time. At this moment I was already logged in via browser on my 1password account and was able to renew my MFA authentication. From now on the MFA code was the same at smartphone and notebook. Looked great. But... The 6-digit codes dont work anymore although I confirmed the generated code while renewing the MFA configuration. Now I cant login to the business accout anymore while there is no other owner/administrator that can start the recovery for my user. What can I do to remove my MFA configuration or force the system to let me configure a new one while login? I made the MFA configuration with my main 1password account so there is no device that is fully configured for the affected account. Thanks.15Views0likes1CommentNew users are missing the "Change Password" button in their Profile
During onboarding, new users are prompted to change their password by going to https://OurCompanyDomain.1password.com/profile and selecting "Change Password". Yet, the side menu is now missing for them. This has happened to about 12 (out of 15) new users over the last three weeks. This is happening on MacOS 15.3.x in two separate browsers: Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170 Firefox 146.0.1 We’re able to sort of get around it by prompting a recovery, but that’s not a good long term solution. Does anyone have any insight to this issue? Thank you for any help!26Views0likes0Comments4 computers only one connecting
I had to reset my key. My admin sent me info. It was correct. I have installed it previously, but wouldn't work this time. It worked on one computer, but I have 3 others and a phone and none of the rest will accept new info. I have uninstalled the 1pswd and reinstalled, but to no avail. It is disappointing that I cannot speak to a real person when not having one password will prevent me from helping my clients. Please advise. ~ Denise23Views0likes3CommentsTurn off password prompt in some parts of an Electronic Medical Record
I'm trying to decide if we want to use 1Password in our medical practice. I would like 1Password to autofill my login info to my browser-based EMR. But once I'm in, I don't want a prompt every time I send a prescription that requires a password. Is there a way to do that?9Views0likes1CommentPassword entropy
I would like to see the password entropy when creating a password. For example, What is the strength of this? Consider this article: https://blog.syss.com/posts/passphrases/ It would be very helpful to have some confidence of the strength. Note this password generator doesn't provide any sort of length information. While the specific length may reveal too much information, if this could at least provide a some idea what the entropy is, its better than nothing. Even the character count of the generated password is good feedback. As it is, this feature is designed for novice users and doesn't provide significant confidence when looking for fitting in with technical requirements. Finally, this random password: was generated by 1Password. Rather than simply putting "Weak", given that the generation specs were known, it would be really helpful to include the entropy alongside of this. How "weak" is "weak"? Thank you for the consideration.44Views0likes1Comment
