In an incognito window, clicking Sign in on the home page opens a Sign In modal. Filling Username and Password then clicking (Sign In) consistently results in the error, ⚠️ Unexpected Error Please try refreshing the page and submitting again. From the Sign In page, the process consistently works normally.
Disappearing forum posts?
I spent some time writing some feedback on the forum just now, and the posts showed up fine for a minutes but then seemingly vanished. My profile still shows the total # of posts, but I cannot find the actual posts any longer. What happened? The disappeared posts were about the credit card entry screen: Access Denied | 1Password Community And also about the forum organization, which specifically asked for feedback replies: Improvements to 1Password Community coming May 22nd | 1Password Community You can see that the post used to exist just by hovering over the "Access Denied" link:
Get rid of the AI Agent chatbot
The AI Agent really is a quite horrible customer experience and a poor gatekeeper for reaching customer support. The agent doesn't understand most issues, is never helpful, but also doesn't support entering enough information to create a proper ticket. Also, it will only create one ticket at a time, even if you have several different issues to address.
