You can view items in shared vaults for accounts that your business manages. So, if the recovery key is saved with that client, you can give yourself or other people on your team access. To do this, after signing into your MSP account on 1Password.com, you can select Vaults in the sidebar then select the vault where the recovery key is stored and give yourself access.
