    Thanks for your question webmaniak​, and congratulations on your business!

    You can view items in shared vaults for accounts that your business manages. So, if the recovery key is saved with that client, you can give yourself or other people on your team access. To do this, after signing into your MSP account on 1Password.com, you can select Vaults in the sidebar then select the vault where the recovery key is stored and give yourself access. We have some additional details in our guide on managing company as an MSP.

Hi 1P_Timothy,

Thanks for your answer. I tried out the solution and noticed I have access to the vault, but not from within my desktop or phone app. I guess this is normal behavior, and the vault should stay on the customer side, if I understand the product's security design correctly?
