Trouble redeeming Families membership when using Business account
I've had a 1Password Families membership for years. Now I've purchased a 1Password Business account for the nonprofit organization that I run. I want to redeem the free Families membership for my own family now.
I followed the instructions to do so, but when I click Manage Account, I do not see a "Claim your free family account" section, or a Redeem Now link.
My own 1Password Families account indicates that I'll be billed in July for renewal. I'm not sure how to (or even if I can) redeem a free Families membership. Suggestions?

I'm sorry that you're not seeing the option to claim your free family account in 1Password Business.
If you have already double-checked that you're using 1Password Business (not 1Password Teams) and you still don't see the option then one of my colleagues will respond to your support ticket soon (thanks Tom​ for the assist here!). They'll be able to check your account information, which I don't have access to here on the public community. Please keep an eye on your inbox for our billing team's email.

Aha! I am using 1Password Teams. (I had thought Families or Business were the only account options.) That explains it. Thank you, Dave.

I'm not sure if non-profit includes family accounts in the offer, one of the mods should be be able to check that for you (and/or it might depend on the specific non-profit offer made to you).
In your business account you normally should have that button (and/or at least the unlink one). I.e. mine has the below on "/profile" on your 1password URL. Are you sure you are in the business account in your webbrowser? As soon as you click the 'redeem' url (which should be where my unlink is showing) it should ask you to 'also' login to your family account and be done.

Quickest thing might be to send support a mail and/or via the form on https://1password.com/contact-support which should get you a ticket-id if you mention that here the mods can 'connect the dots' quiet easily.
