1Password cannot be started by some users on iMac

I'm using 1Password Individual on an iMac (and other Apple devices). There are 3 user accounts, one of which is the 1Password account owner (me). In the past, the other 2 users have been able to launch 1Password and use my master password to unlock the vault. This is no longer working on the iMac (but it still works on our MacBook Air running macOS Monterey 12.6). When logging in as one of the other 2 users and attempting to launch 1Password, we get the following message: "1Password cannot be opened because of a problem".
