I'm sorry that 1Password is locking sooner than expected. It does sound like you're running into a known issue that our development team is currently investigating but I'd like to ask a few questions so that I can confirm that the issue that you're seeing matches the issue that we're investigating:
- Can you post a screenshot of the message that you see when 1Password locks?
- Do you have 1Password in the browser (the browser extension) installed in the affected browser?

2: Yes, i have installed the browser extension in the affected browser Firefox

Thank you for the screenshots and additional details. It sounds like you're running into a known issue, where sessions for 1Password.com can expire earlier than your auto-lock settings, that our development team is currently investigating. However, the error message that you're seeing is different from what I would expect you to see.
