1Password menu item added twice in Safari

Right-clicking anywhere on a page shows one 1Password item in the context menu, as expected. Right-clicking into a text box shows the menu item twice. This is with the extension enabled on Safari 18....

Two months and this still hasn’t been fixed? Does 1Password for Mac even get updates anymore? It’s not like the 8.11.4 was a world revolution, this and the little spacing adjustment could be done in an hour or two, including code review.
