https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/#in-the-1password-browser-extension
The ability to generate a diagnostic report for 1Password for Firefox is currently unavailable. https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/ to 1Password support if you’re having trouble with 1Password for Firefox.
Firefox doesn't have the ability. I guess I can try it on chrome ever so often and try and get a diag report. But if the issue is Firefox specific, not sure how that will help.

6 months agoThanks for the reply. A console log for 1Password from Firefox will provide similar information to a diagnostics report from another browser, you can follow the instructions for Firefox on the page that I linked to or use this direct link:
Let me know if you run into any issues.

Came up quicker than usual this time.
I will say though, the message popped up. But I didn't close it this time. Closing it usually pops up the Windows Security message. (I was going through process of getting ready to save the console debug.
When I got back to the window in Firefox, it said there was a problem with 1Password (in red). I closed it, and nothing happened (no Windows Security Message).
Next time I will be sure to go through with the whole process as usual before saving the debug log.
