Account Frozen despite active App Store subscription — urgent escalation (Support ID JAX-19591-994)
Hi 1Password team,
I need urgent help. My 1Password account is still Frozen even though my App Store subscription is active, and I’ve been stuck for 3 days without a resolution.
Support ID: JAX-19591-994
Facts:
- App Store shows 1Password Individual Annual is ACTIVE (renews Feb 8, 2027, AED 199.99/year).
- The iOS subscription screen says “You are currently subscribed”.
- My 1Password account on Mac/iPhone remains Frozen and prompts me to renew on 1password.com.
- I already provided all requested screenshots + Apple Order ID / transaction details to Support.
Troubleshooting already tried:
- Restore Purchases (iOS)
- onepassword://resetSubscription
- Sign out/in on iPhone and Mac
This is blocking my work and I urgently need a human to review and fix the account/subscription linking.“I’m extremely frustrated because this has completely blocked my work.”
Please escalate internally and link my active App Store subscription to my existing 1Password account, then unfreeze it.
