Thanks Dave. That helps to save it with the URL, but it does not create a password.
When you are faced with creating an account (or forced p/w update) and 1P is not responsive at all, what are the steps to create a new p/w and save a new set of details into 1P.
The process I mentioned creates a p/w but does not save the website URL. The process you mentioned saves the URL but does not create a p/w.

Thanks for the reply and for those additional details. Try these alternate steps:
- Navigate to the webpage in question.
- Click on the 1Password icon in the menu bar.
- Click Key button to open the password generator.
- Configure a password and then click Autofill.
You should then be prompted to save a new login that includes both the generated password and the URL. If that doesn't work then it means that 1Password isn't seeing the password field on the page then you'll need to copy and paste your password into the page and then use the steps in my previous reply to save the login item. That being said, our team can update the password recipe for most webpages with issues so that the password is filled and saved correctly in the future. Are you able to share the website address of the page that isn't working?
