      Hello Julio860JVL! 👋

I'm sorry that the 1Password for Windows app isn't opening on your PC. We've received reports that hardware acceleration can cause an issue like this, can you try turning it off:

      1. Try to unlock 1Password for Windows and note that the main window doesn't open.
      2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the taskbar (bottom right of your screen) and select Settings.
      3. Click on Advanced and uncheck the option for Use Hardware Acceleration.

Then try to open 1Password again. Do you see the same issue?

Disabling the Hardware Acceleration didn't work to make the software to open. But I found a work around to open the software.

Here are the steps that helped me to open the software.
        1. Open the software and it will show in the systray.
        2. Double clicking on it or secondary clicking the icon on the systray and clicking on "Open 1Password" wont work in my case. Because the software doesn't open that way.
        3. Secondary click the icon on the systray and click on "Open Quick Access".
        4. After "Quick Access" have been opened, press "Control + Shift + L" and this will make the software to open.

It seems the software is having some issues with the locking feature.
