Autofill not always working for passwords

Sometimes password is not autofilled on a website that has a vault entry. Example....vanguard.com - I can see a user name and password entry in the vault for that website but when I land on the website, I only see the ipassword icon in the username field. When I click on it, the username is returned from the vault but the password isn't.
