Being asked for the password more often than expected on Android and performance issues on Windows
I've been a happy user of 1Password for almost 3 years, then I stopped being happy about it.
Since a few months ago, the mobile app is just utterly garbage. It forgets my session every few days, asks me my password every single day (even though I configured it to ask once a month, then never), refuses to fill info on the browser, etc.
That was my only concern, and even though it drives me crazy sometimes, it was still "ok".
Then the final straw came today, with the desktop app update.
Why is the desktop app 3x slower than it was before, with an irregular pattern (sometimes round, sometimes fully square), and it refuses to show the icon on taskbar?
And also, the extension that just sometimes refuses to save my settings and just act on its own terms, haha.
As much as I love 1Password, lately it's just doing what the competition has done for a long time: shooting themselves in the foot.
I don't think it's fair to increase the price and just make the product much worse.
Also about the pricing, I got billed higher even though I didn't open the billing page to give my consent, so I guess 1Password doesn't need my consent to increase the pricing? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lmk if it's gonna get even worse, so I can jump out already and look for a competitor, because this is unwithstandable.

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password on your Windows PC and on Android. Both of those issues definitely aren't normal and we'll need to take a closer look to better understand what might be causing them on your device. Btw desktop app problems started to show since it was transitioned to UWP, which I completely hate. But as I didn't face any problems in the application, I never complained. Then the problems came to me and disturbed my usage...
