Bug: 1Password asking for password after 7 seconds

I'm running 1P Enterprise for Mac 8.11.18 (81118036)

I've tried to resolve this myself by updating, uninstalling, modifying auto-lock settings but have been unsuccessful. After loggingin to 1P from the app on my Mac it times out after 7 seconds and requires me to log in again. I barely have time to get to settings to try various attempts at resolving. The same is occurring on the browser extension.

    I'm sorry that 1Password is locking sooner than expected, something is definitely going wrong if the app is locking in 7 seconds. So that I can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac (you can generate a diagnostics report even if the app is locked):

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
