Cannot create or share vaults in Family plan

Hi,

I’m on a 1Password Family plan, but I don’t seem to have a shared vault or the option to create a new vault. In the Windows app, the New Vault option in the three-dot menu is greyed out, and there’s no option anywhere else to create one.

I’m trying to share a login with my family, but it feels impossible right now since I can’t create or share any vaults.

Is it possible that the family organizer/administrator disabled vault creation, shared vaults, or sharing features for family members? Or is something misconfigured with my account?
