Cannot export logins

For some reasons I'd like to export my logins of 1 of my vault in 1password, but when I slected all the logins in that vault(ctrl+a), then clicked 3 dots, the "Export" botton is not clickable, how ca...

Hello @itzdrli! 👋

I'm sorry that export isn't working. There are some others who have reported a similar issue and signing out and then back into the 1Password for Windows app has resolved things for them.

⚠️ Before proceeding make sure that you can see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app) and that you have a copy of your Emergency Kit.

  1. Sign out of 1Password
  2. Restart your Windows PC.
  3. Open 1Password and sign in to your account.

Then try to export again: How to export your data from the 1Password desktop app

Note: 1Password 8 will export all of your items at once, it's not possible to export just a selection of items.
