Cannot get a Google Passkey to work

I've tried creating a Google Passkey on one of my accounts both via mobile & desktop and then when I try to use them to login I get something went wrong from Google - I never get prompted on my phone to do FaceID or Desktop to do fingerprint like I do with other passkeys.

    Hello DEfusion​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using Google passkeys. Let's focus on your Mac for a moment, can you tell me the following: 

    1. Where are you trying to sign into your Google account? Is it inside of a browser? Or into another app like Apple Mail?
    2. If you're signing into the browser then which browser are you using? 
    3. Have you already installed 1Password in that browser and are you using these steps: Save and sign in with passkeys in your browser
    4. What happens when you try to sign in? Does Google give you the option to sign in using a passkey after you enter your email address? Do you see an error message?
