Change field/section order

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to manually set the order of the fields inside an item.
I have some identities with quite a few extra fields. I had to add a new field but I would like not be the last on the list but move it a little higher.
I can't seem to find a way to change the order of the fields, or drag&drop them to the position I want.

Is that possible? Same question not only for fields but for sections also. Can I change the order of the sections in an item?
