Created a new login, prompted to save, saved, appears in browser, but not in app.
This has happened repeatedly now. If I create a new login in Safari and click Save when prompted by the 1Password Safari extension, it is visible in Safari (and Chrome) but not in the desktop app.
1Password Version: 8.10.60
Extension Version: 8.10.58.41
OS Version: macOS 15.2.1
Browser: Safari

I have tried locking and unlocking the app, but it does not force a sync with the extension. The password IS visible in the web version of 1Password. It does eventually sync, but not sure how long it takes. It was there the next morning for this most recent occurrence.

I'm sorry for the late reply. The next time that you run into the issue, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

I'm sorry that you're not seeing newly created items in the 1Password for Mac desktop app. If you manually lock and then unlock the desktop app then do you see the items in question:
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in the menu bar at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Lock.
- Open and unlock the desktop app. Make sure that you're viewing your entire account and not just a specific collection: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults Support
If you still don't see the created items in the desktop app then can you check if you see them when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

I have the same issue. Locking and unlocking the app does not help at all. Even restarting the app does not solve the problem.
In 1Password.com it is visible (in the browser)- 1P_Dave
