Hey erand I have a similar issue. While supporting many customers, my team tends to have multiple credentials for the same site (e.g. Google and Microsoft), so when we are trying to access our personal accounts on those sites or our customers, the best option I have found is to just start typing the name of the item.
When you have the list of accounts, simply begin typing the email or title of the item and the search functionality will help you find your item. When 1Password released this feature over a year ago, it changed my workflow and improved my efficiency!
If 1Password suggests more than one item, you can use the arrow keys to select the one you want, or start typing to filter your items.
