Duplicates Items
Good morning, I have thousands of passwords in my database, many of which are duplicates or no longer valid. How can I delete the duplicates automatically rather than doing it manually? I am using Win11 version of the 1Password for Windows 8.11.14 software.

Thank you for the question! If the duplicate items are exactly the same and in the same vault then you can also use 1Password's Watchtower tool to clean them up:
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
- Click on Watchtower in the sidebar.
- Click on Show Items under Items with duplicates.
You can read more about Watchtower here: Use Watchtower to find account details you need to changeIf you the items don't show up in Watchtower then it means that they're not exact duplicates. In that case, you'll need to manually review those items by moving all information that you need to keep to one of the two items and then deleting the other item.
