Extension Very Unreliable on Mac Safari
There was another discussion that appears to have been closed on this issue and I'm seeing the same thing.
The Safari extension on Mac frequently stops working. I just get a spinner in the window and clicking the extension icon in field does nothing. It eventually starts working again but I cannot predict when I can effectively use the extension in Safari.
Beyond that, the extension is painfully slow to wake up in Safari. When the extension is locked in Chrome, clicking a password icon will quickly bring up the login. Not so in Safari. If the extension is locked clicking the button is followed by a 3-10 second wait before anything happens. Sometimes the same delay is present when it's unlocked.
1Password Version: 8.10.52
Extension Version: 8.10.54.22
OS Version: macOS 15.1 (24B83)

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using 1Password for Safari. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to

Since I'm having similar issues, I'll go ahead with the diagnostics report as was suggested for OP. I'll also add that in addition to symptoms as reported, I'm dealing with "quirks" whereby the extension will not be synced between my work and personal profiles in Safari. It will be locked on one and unlocked on the other. Anyway, appreciate any thoughts. The support ticket is NYG-59248-163.
