FaceID works on iPhone, but I can’t login on iPad because I forgot my Password. How to recover?

I am using 1Password 7, not a subscription. I cannot get into my iPad account ( forgot pw), but faceid is still working on my iPhone. Surely I can make this work? Save my data and roll over into a new account? Please?

    Update…

    And I have a 32 character key from our original purchase years ago, if that helps.

    Nothing the chatbot has suggested seems to make sense.
