Firefox extension won't sync with windows 11 desktop app
When I create a new login using the Firefox extension, the new item will quickly sync and show up on my iPhone app, but won't sync with the Windows 11 desktop app. I need to quit out of everything and then restart the desktop app, re-login and then I'll see the new entry. However, if I create the new item using the desktop app, it syncs to the browser extension almost immediately.
Everything is up-to-date, pretty sure antivirus isn't blocking any 1Paswword domains, followed several discussions on this topic from a while ago and am confident I have everything set up correctly. The extension setting called "Run on sites with restrictions" is off. The "Connect with 1Password in the browser" is checked.
I logged a ticket, but also checking here as suggested by the chat bot. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

I'm sorry that you're not immediately seeing new items in the 1Password for Windows app. You should be able to force 1Password to immediately check for new items by manually locking and then unlocking the app. So that the team and I can find a fix for the issue, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:
Send a diagnostics report (Windows)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
