    Hi ShawnP​! Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue authenticating 1Password after resetting your phone. 

    Can you still sign into your account on 1Password.com, or through any of the 1Password apps? If so, you can disable 2FA for your account with the steps in our guide, then re-enable it on 1Password.com:

That did it!  Thank you, thank you, thank you, 1P_Timothy!  I am now able to authenticate to 1Password.com w/out MFA.  Again, thank you!
