How to upload a file from my Mac

When I edit my credit card and click on the card to upload a file, all the files I want to upload are grayed out. Is there another way to upload a file? Thank you.

    Which folder are you trying to attach a file from? Try moving the file to somewhere like the Desktop, and you should be able to attach it, similar to this example:
