How to upload a file from my Mac

When I edit my credit card and click on the card to upload a file, all the files I want to upload are grayed out. Is there another way to upload a file? Thank you. 1Password Version: Not Provi...

Hi there tahbso12

Which folder are you trying to attach a file from? Try moving the file to somewhere like the Desktop, and you should be able to attach it, similar to this example:

ℹī¸ If you're not able to attach a file from the Desktop, send us an email at [email protected] and you'll receive an auto-reply from 🤖 BitBot. It will contain a conversation number, which looks like [#ABC-12345-123] â€“ post that here and I'll be able to make sure your message goes to the right team.
