I saved the 1password suggestions for passwords, but now none of my accounts let me log in, bad pass

Thanks for your message and using the 1Password desktop app. I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you've been encountering when updating passwords. It sounds like you may not have saved your suggested password on the website itself for the login where the changes were made.

If you're having troubles with the correct password, previous versions of your passwords can be found by selecting the down arrow in the password field > View password history.
