Incorrect Captcha please reenter

I have never been able to log into my account on www.purkle.com.au.

My email address and password are correct by I keep getting stopped by the following error message.

The only way I can get around it is by typing everything manually.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem and worked out a solution?

  • While not directly experiencing it, it's about the same as with the infamous 'keep me logged in' checkboxes. The best workaround I have is what I use on those - don't autofill until you have performed the checkbox, which in this case would be the same as with the keep-logged-in.

So go to the website manually, mark the 'I'm not a robot', then let 1password fill username/password.

      Great answer Tom! 🙌

Kezooz Another option is to turn off autosubmit just for that website so that you can fill your login credentials, and then solve the captcha, before clicking the Login button on the page:

      1. Click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
      2. Click on the Login item in question.
      3. Click the three dots in the upper right corner and then click Don't sign in automatically

        Hi Dave

Thanks for responding to my problem last week. I followed your steps but I didnt find doing this alone worked for me. I still needed to click the Captcha first and then autofill for it to work correctly. Thanks again though.  Cheers Kerry
