ModeratorHi mleclerc7, thanks for your reply! That confirms that you're running into the known issue I mentioned, and I've added your report to the internal tracker for our developers to see.
For now, the best workaround is to open the 1Password extension, locate your CIBC Login item, and copy and paste the card number from there. I appreciate that this isn’t ideal, and I’m sorry for the disruption while we work on a fix.
