Intermittent strange behavior on Android/Chrome
I hope someone out there can help me solve the increasing deterioration I have experienced recently of 1P on Android. I have been using 1P on Android (and Windows) for years. At best, it offers my username/password for about half of the apps and sites I visit. On Windows, it works 100% of the time, so no problem there.
A case in point is the New York Times. On both Chrome (for Android) and the Android NYT app, 1P doesn't offer me my password until I click the password field multiple times (5-10 usually). I have the latest up-to-date Android on a Pixel 7a and the latest Chrome and 1P. I have restarted the phone and wiped the app's cache. Nothing changes. This cannot be normal behavior. It's intensely frustrating waiting for 1P to wake up like this.
There are dozens of other sites and apps for which similar problems occur. But focusing on the NYT seems like the best way forward.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
