IP8 "Default Vault for Saving"

In IP7, it was hard to find the "Default Vault for Saving", but in IP8, I am totally lost as to where to find it. I tried searching the support web site and 10 items were found. Zero of the 10 item...

I think the lack of transparency on both bug fixes and the re-addition of lost functionality is what’s pissing everyone off the most right now.
