In response to your emails: a couple of questions:
- I am finding zero information about Diagnostic Report on the 1Pass website and when I export the file I am unable to open and view it. What information does it contain? I am reluctant to share an exported file from my main password keeper with a stranger.
- Why are replies to this thread coming by email rather than being posted to this forum?
- I neglected to say earlier that most of these things worked fine in the past and I have used 1Pass since at least 2022. I never made special autotype setups. As far as I am aware I never had a browser extension installed or enabled. I would click the url in 1Pass, the page would open, and the login and password would be filled. In cases where there were multiple logins for the same site, a dropdown would appear when I clicked the password field that let me select which login name to use.
- Another odd thing that happens sometimes is when I click on a Login link at a site that I have in 1Password, I see a 1Pass login popup asking which account, then a login popup for my password. This happens even when I already have 1Password open.
- The phone is an Android.
