Logon failures with MyChart in Firefox
In the last few days MyChart logins in Firfox do not complete. The Welcome with the request for login name and password keep repeating. In Edge logins are successful. Manually with the login name and password stored in 1Password logins succeed.
This is new. And for us it is critical.
Our users access MyChart from Firefox.

Thank you for those details. It looks like the autosubmit function is causing an issue here. I've filed an issue with our development team to get this fixed. For the time being, keeping autosubmit turned off for that particular website is the best option. Here are the steps for anyone else who runs into the same issue:
- Click on the 1Password icon in Firefox's toolbar.
- Find and select the Login item for MyChart.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the item, click "Don't sign in automatically".
It appears like the website will still submit the login, this might be some javascript that the website itself is running to identify when a login has been filled and submit it automatically. I've flagged this to our development team as well to look into further.
Hopefully our developers are able to get this fixed in a future update soon. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Maybe it was a temp thing. And, while I use a Mac (Sonoma) and Vivaldi as my primary browser, I just did a test with the most current version of Firefox. No problems logging in to MyChart. Log-in was as expected. 1PW version (Mac) 8.10.62.

I'm sorry that you and your users are running into an issue when filling login credentials into MyChart in Firefox. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- Are you opening the item in the 1Password app, or the pop-up from Firefox's toolbar, and then clicking "Open and fill"? If you are then do you run into the same issue when clicking on the login suggestion on the page itself:
- If you turn off autosubmit then does the issue still occur: Click the 1Password icon in Firefox's toolbar > click on the Login item for MyChart > click on the three dots in the upper right corner > click "Don't sign in automatically".
Are you also able to provide the MyChart website address where 1Password is failing to fill login credentials? If you don't want to post it in the public community, you can send the website address to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and take a look.-Dave

- I encounter the same issue when I open in 1Password app or the pop-up on Firefox's toolbar or the login suggestion.
- After I disable Autosubmit the logins succeeds with differences between toolbar popup and the login suggestion.
Toolbar Popup: after clicking Autofill the credential fields are filled and clicking the "Sign In" button is required to continue to move to the MFA requests.
Login Suggestion: the login completes automatically moves to the MFA requests without intervention.
The web site is MyChart
