My app 1password does not recognize my password. It says I need Touch ID ???? Help!!!!

Hours I have spent trying to sync my Mac with the app 1password. My master password and secret key are the same both on my Mac and iPhone. this is sync with 1password.com sign in. However, when I try to get into my 1password app on my computer, no luck. I have been at this for hours. I even deleted the files etc. to start a new app. again no luck!!! The same 'red' highlights. Below it states 'Your master password is required to use Touch ID" I need someone to help me. Does 1Password have tech support? Someone to talk to?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble unlocking 1Password on your Mac. I see that you're already working with one of my colleagues over email and I suggest continuing the conversation there. I've gone ahead and locked this thread to prevent duplication of effort. 🙂
