Need to change account from from Apple to personal but no response from support
I submitted a ticket in regards to this matter over a week ago and have still not received a reply back yet. The ticket number is 628401.
There has been no response from 1password since filing this request and multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.
I am getting frustrated with this company and am thinking of moving over to a new provider that actually cares enough to response.
Any advice for getting them to actually answer a support ticket?

No need to wait to try other providers. While using paid tiers from multiple providers might not be viable, having your data accessible through multiple reputable services is a wise choice in any case.
You can also test engaging support from those provider, though paid versus freeloader support might make an unfair comparison.
