Offline error

Unfortunately, for some time now in the Windows App, I've been receiving a false error message telling me I'm offline, even though I'm fully connected.

When I log in, I always get this message in the Windows App warning me that I'm offline: "Some changes may not sync to other devices." and the icon indicating I'm offline appears at the top.
But I repeat, I have full access to the connection, and it's annoying because the program doesn't correctly detect that I'm online.

I've tried everything to fix the problem: I've logged out and back in, I've uninstalled 1password and reinstalled, but nothing has helped, and it keeps telling me I'm offline.
Why does this happen? Any other suggestions for solving this problem?

    I'm sorry that you're seeing an unexpected offline warning. Can you tell me if you see an offline items button in the sidebar? If you do then please follow the steps in this guide: 


    If you don't see an offline items button in the sidebar of the app then can you post a screenshot of the message that you do see?

      The button appears, and when I click it, there are no items in the list. This error is a mystery.

        Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
