Passwords not showing in browser and apps / iOS

This seems to be an iOS-specific problem. When me or my wife try to log into an app or a website (I use Firefox, she uses Safari), and we click on the little key icon on the bottom right, 1PW gets pulled up but everything is blank. We then have to open the actual 1PW app, and copy and paste the login info. Please see attachment.

I keep trying to autofill stuff from 1Password on my iPhone and it completely fails. Nothing shows up when I search. I attached screenshots below. It’s definitely going to 1Password but I don’t know why it suddenly stopped working. Now I can only find the info in the app and have to manually copy paste.

The issue is now resolved for me without having made any changes. Earlier, any time I went to an app or website and the initial password offered in autofill wasn’t the one I wanted to use, and I used the key icon next to it to fill other passwords, it would pull up a blank 1Password screen where alternate passwords used to be. Even using search on that screen would not populate anything. The united app and united.com website was where I first ran into the issue, but it persisted on anything where I used the same function on iOS (both iPhone and iPad). I am using 1P 8.10.54 and iOS 18.2. But again, all working for me now.

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using AutoFill on your iOS devices. I'm having trouble reproducing the same issue on my own iPhone and iPad. So that I can look into this further can you tell me the following:
- Can you provide an example of an app or website that you were trying to fill your login credentials into when you ran into this issue? Even if the issue happens with all apps and websites having an example will help me to reproduce the issue.
- Are you all running version 8.10.52: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system
- If you create a collection and select the collection in the AutoFill prompt then do you see suggestions appear: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
